How do I prepare for my evaluation? +

Complete the intake form sent to you after booking. Bring a list of any current medications, prior diagnoses, and any questions you have. There is nothing to memorize — simply come as you are and speak openly.

Will I receive a diagnosis at my first appointment? +

In most cases, yes. Dr. Lawal will share her clinical impressions and a preliminary diagnosis during your evaluation. In some complex cases, additional information or a follow-up session may be needed before a final diagnosis is confirmed.

Is my evaluation covered by insurance? +

We accept BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, and Medicare. If you are out-of-network, we provide detailed superbills for reimbursement. Contact our office to verify your specific benefits before your appointment.
